Delete your account
Begin a The Word Speaks® account-deletion request outside the mobile app. Identity verification is required before deletion can be completed.
Deleting your account removes the app account and associated user data. It does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
1. Verify your account
What happens
- Your account profile and account-linked app data are permanently removed.
- Prayers, journal entries, notes, and study responses tied to the account are removed.
- A non-identifying deletion receipt may remain as operational evidence.
- Information that must be retained by law is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
